Specifications

The secure is constructed in compliance with the CE standard and is registered as class 1 medical device in the register of the Italian Ministry of Health. It has passed the test UNI EN 14683:2019 and ISO 10993-1:2010.

In the upper side is inserted into the retainer for the nose-bag and the two soft ear loops

How it's made

Consists of 3 layers, each with a specific function: the inner layer (in contact with the face) is made of Spunbond and performs the first light absorption of the material; the intermediate layer is the true heart of the mask, his task is the filtration of bacteria; the outer layer is hydrophobic, retaining the remaining moisture

Production line

An automated line and disinfected it allows a constant production of 80/100 masks per minute, from raw material to packing.

In this way it is guaranteed that no contamination of the product and control high quality
